PLAN EFFECT TEAM DAY

Recently, the Plan Effect team enjoyed an inspiring day in Soest. The morning was dedicated to role-playing exercises that helped us collaborate and get to know each other even better as a team. After a shared lunch, we headed into the Soesterduinen for an active afternoon programme. In teams, we took part in a six-event challenge full of sporting activities. Even rain and thunder couldn’t dampen the fun.

We ended the day with a relaxed and well-organised barbecue — the perfect conclusion to a day centred around teamwork, enjoyment, and connection.
