A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Together, we have been working hard every day for over 30 years to be and remain the specialist in high-quality partitions. We create the most inspiring offices where the atmosphere, experience and connection can be felt from person to person in a space that brings people together: designed to connect.
Our own office is also our showroom. Together with the production environment, everything is in one location in Geldermalsen. Here, we like to innovate and have a passion for perfection. Every detail counts for us! To achieve this, we form a team with the best specialists. We do not offer these specialists “just a job”. Our specialists are colleagues who are an important part of our overall PLAN!

Having a PLAN is what creates a bond between our colleagues. Our core values define Plan Effect’s long-term strategies and goals. They form a large part of our daily actions and decision-making. We are convinced that together, these values make us unique and strong.

WE LEARN TOGETHER
While you certainly have the option to complete a course independently, the experience becomes exponentially enjoyable and impactful when embarked upon collectively with your department. Each year, every colleague is afforded the chance for personal growth and development, fostering a collective journey that propels us forward.
FUN THEMES
Whether it’s a New Year’s celebration, an Easter surprise, a sizzling summer barbecue, or a festive Christmas feast, our gatherings are always infused with exciting and engaging themes that steal the spotlight. For example, we shared delightful surprises on Valentine’s Day and commemorated our anniversary with a skiing trip to Brüneck.
INTERNAL SPECIALISATIONS
We believe in the power of multi-deployability. That is why we encourage internal specialisations, such as: forklift or REVIT training, truck driving licence, VCA and CNC programming. Will you be our new 3-in-1 colleague?
