Newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter, which we send via Mailchimp. It provides news, tips, and updates about our products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in each newsletter. We will only add your email address to our subscribers list with your consent, and we’ll retain this information until you choose to cancel your subscription. We have a data processing agreement with Mailchimp, outlining strict rules on the data they can retain. We have not permitted Mailchimp to use the data collected for any other Mailchimp services or activities.
Registration of customers / clients
In carrying out projects, we utilise your personal data to provide tailored services. This includes your company name, full name, address, and title (Ms or Mr), email address, phone number, and billing address. Should you place an order with us, your payment details will also be required. This data is obtained once you return the signed order confirmation. We retain this information for seven years post-fulfilment, in compliance with our legal obligations for data retention.

Upon placing an order, we utilise your personal data to facilitate the processing of your order. This involves sharing your details – company name, full name, address, email address, and phone number – with our carrier to ensure delivery. This information is retained for two years following the completion of your order and for an additional seven years thereafter to meet legal retention requirements.

Each message will guide you on how to do so, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
