We are in the hospitality heart of the building, where design and identity come together seamlessly. Nienke shares the vision behind the design: the striking entrance staircase, the organic layout, and the way all spaces are interconnected. At the core of the building lie the various functional zones, surrounded by user areas that connect effortlessly to the outdoor spaces and the curtain wall façade by VBJ.

Quadrant4 designed and delivered the interior on a turnkey basis – a dynamic office in which hospitality and experience take center stage. Plan Effect was invited to provide a high-end solution for the system and glass partitions. The glass fronts by Plan Effect create a transparent and welcoming foundation, with frames featuring a special bronze powder coating. The curved glass contributes to an organic whole, giving the boardroom a cockpit-like atmosphere.

There are stylish meeting rooms with adjacent spaces that can be connected through a unique T-glass configuration. These specially designed details make it possible to flexibly close off or open up spaces — for instance, sliding doors with soft-close mechanisms combined with excellent acoustic insulation.
Every detail counts, making this office warm, inviting, and unique in its experience.
