Recently, we reshuffled the cards at Plan Effect — both literally and figuratively.
To remain agile as an organisation, it’s essential to regularly reflect on how we work together. Roles and responsibilities are constantly evolving — the market shifts, teams expand, and people continue to grow.
That’s why our process optimisation project team and our core team took part in the Playing the Cards workshop — a practical method to create clarity about who does what, and why.
We gathered at the inspiring location World of Wisdom in Beesd, where valuable conversations emerged about the “grey areas” between tasks and responsibilities.
The result: a clear, shared division of roles that everyone recognises themselves in — and renewed energy to keep building together on clarity, ownership, and collaboration.
The day perfectly aligned with the broader movement within Plan Effect, in which we are consciously working to strengthen collaboration, job satisfaction, and organisational culture.
Following our team day on September 5, this was another meaningful step toward a future-proof Plan Effect, where we continue to grow — as an organisation and as people.
