In collaboration with Voss Architecture, a listed textile factory in Krefeld — originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe — has been transformed into the international office location of L – founders of loyalty Germany, where iconic architecture, contemporary design and an open work environment come together.

This open work environment offers employees a thoughtfully designed setting in which working, meeting and vitality are central. In addition to carefully arranged workstations and informal meeting areas, a fitness space has been incorporated, enabling employees to actively focus on their health. Glass, timber and steel create a clear spatial layout, while daylight entering through the characteristic shed roofs, combined with greenery in the interior, softens the industrial character.

Thanks to the transparent GLASS-CONCEPT glass partitions and KADERDEUREN, this abundant natural daylight is drawn deeper into the building, allowing workstations and office spaces to fully benefit from it. In this way, the monumental character of the space remains tangible, and the design aligns seamlessly with the identity of L – founders of loyalty Germany.
